About 1991, Linda leaves GCS and was employed as a Licensed Social Worker for Holzer Hospital, Gallipolis, Ohio. Linda's boss, Dow Saunders, in time became a man Linda really looked up to and enjoyed. Linda and Dow became extremely close throughout the years and she would grow to love him as one of her closest friends. Linda met many wonderful people working at Holzer and many whom became close family friends to us. She enjoyed her work at Holzer. She spent many years "fixing" the younger generation and her work at Holzer brought a new sense of "fixing" the elderly. Linda throughout the years experienced the elderly and nursing homes and such through the death of her adoptive parents, which gave her a new sense of helping people through a hospital setting.
